I joined the Furber Farm team the summer of 2019 as an intern before pitching the owners to become their social media manager in February of 2020. As an intern I gave venue tours and booked a handful of weddings as I began to coordinate weddings at Furber for free to grow my portfolio. I also assisted in running their open houses and would help with set up and tear down at events all summer. This opportunity really helped pave my way into the wedding industry.
